Marigay has over 20 years of senior operating experience at the pinnacle of luxury retailing. After launching her career at Estée Lauder in Europe, Marigay joined Harrods, the preeminent luxury retailer in London. Over 15 years, she helped to develop and execute the buying and product strategy, advancing to become the store’s Chief Merchant. Harrods attracted a greater share of luxury clients through the implementation of her strategic vision and direction on exclusivity. In 2013, after a successful career at Harrods, Marigay moved to New York to become the President of Saks Fifth Avenue. At Saks, she evolved a new vision for the iconic retailer's luxury and positioning platform, new branding and packaging development, and a luxury launch platform for new brands. She founded MMLuxe Consulting in 2015 working with Related, Blackstone, American Express, and Value Retail as clients. She then co-founded Fernbrook where she has been actively venture investing (alongside her consulting practice) for the last few years in tech and consumer brands.

Bill has more than 25 years of law, finance, and investing experience. He started his career at PriceWaterhouse, and after law school, he was an M&A attorney. In 2003, he co-founded a merchant banking firm, Watch Hill Partners, which was eventually acquired by FBR Capital Markets. As a merchant banker, Bill advised and invested across the consumer and other industry sectors, generating returns in excess of 3x invested capital. After successfully selling Watch Hill, Bill became the Chief Investment Officer of United Safety Ltd., a global provider of industrial safety services and equipment to many of the world’s largest energy companies. Bill developed and executed a global strategic growth plan, completed equity and debt recapitalizations, and implemented operational efficiencies across finance and administrative functions. He co-founded Fernbrook in 2016 with his business partner Marigay McKee.
Based in San Francisco, Anusha has over 8 years of e-commerce experience spanning merchandising, inventory management, and product management. Her career started at the Gap Inc. where she completed the Retail Management Program (RMP) and helped lead digital merchandising at BananaRepublic.com. She then joined ModCloth.com where she launched new categories, profitably grew existing businesses, and developed tools to optimize inventory ownership across all divisions. Anusha earned her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management and served as a Technical Product Manager on Amazon’s Fashion Team before launching her own San Francisco-based retail consultancy. Anusha advises consumer-facing start-ups in the beauty, fashion, and e-commerce sectors on their growth strategies.
